I recently came across the following picture, taken at a pro-illegal immigration rally:
It is hard to overlook the irony: a tall, neatly-groomed Nordic woman in California, sporting a tote bag and trendy shades, advocating a political philosophy that will flood her state with dangerous criminals likely to rob her, not to mention poor refugees she cannot understand, which will increase her taxes, turn prime real estate into slums and, thanks to Affirmative Action, put those same people in front of her for any educational or occupational opportunities she might seek. All the while, it will turn majority sovereignty over to people like "Ms. Yo Estoy En Mi Continente" (MY continent!) marching a few steps behind in the same procession:
