Mass looting has begun in Minneapolis, and at least one store has been set ablaze:
Target has been...targeted:
And other stores as well:
Meanwhile, Los Angeles has become a circus:
We were too ambitious with our prediction that the looting would come in March; we had not counted on the city-wide shutdowns, relief checks or general compliance with the orders to stay indoors, which actually caused the crime rate in some cities to go down.
But we should have known that, with school-aged students at home and university schedules altered, with all the pent-up frustration and anxiety about the future, it would still take another spark to light the fire. We had predicted that the coronavirus would lead to the sort of looting seen during Hurricane Katrina in 2005 in New Orleans, along with the sort of violence and destruction seen after the whole Rodney King thing in Los Angeles in 1992. But perhaps instead of instantly becoming a Katrina, the coronavirus situation needed its Rodney King to set things off. Well, here we are. My new prediction is this will set the pace for the summer. America is going to burn to the ground.

Footage from inside the ransacked Target at the Minneapolis BLM riot last night. People brought their children there. Others could be seen using drills and other tools to try and remove cash registers. Drugs from the pharmacy were looted. #BlackLivesMatter #GeorgeFloyd pic.twitter.com/LZSflcRRV9— Andy Ngô (@MrAndyNgo) May 28, 2020
And other stores as well:
This looks like antifa black bloc. Antifa accounts on social media are already crowdfunding bail money for any comrades that may get arrested. #Minneapolis #BlackLivesMatter #GeorgeFloyd pic.twitter.com/YlFzz3Xzbd— Andy Ngô (@MrAndyNgo) May 28, 2020
Fires are still smoldering in Minneapolis this morning. The entire affordable housing development was razed to the ground. Wendy’s and Autozone have been completely destroyed in the riot as well. #BlackLivesMatter #antifa #GeorgeFloyd pic.twitter.com/Gkd05db6d2— Andy Ngô (@MrAndyNgo) May 28, 2020
